Elite Picks Referral Program Terms

**Give $25, get $25.** Invite a friend to Elite Picks. When they subscribe with your invite and stay subscribed past the 15-day hold, you each get $25.
1. How it works
1. Share your personal invite link or code from the **Refer friends** page.
2. Your friend creates an Elite Picks account and applies your invite **before** subscribing.
3. Your friend starts a paid subscription within 30 days of applying your invite.
4. About 15 days after their first payment, you each receive $25 by email.
2. Who can invite
Anyone with an Elite Picks account in good standing can invite friends. You don't need an active subscription to invite. There is no limit on how many friends you can invite, but rewards may be held for review (see Section 7).
3. Who can be invited
Your friend qualifies if **all** of the following are true:
- They have **never had a paid Elite Picks subscription**, or their last paid subscription ended **at least 18 months** before they applied your invite. Having only used a free trial does not count as a paid subscription.
- They are **not currently subscribed**.
- They apply your invite **from their own account, before subscribing**. Subscriptions started before the invite was applied don't qualify.
- They start a **full-price paid subscription within 30 days** of applying the invite. Discounted introductory offers don't qualify. A free trial qualifies once it converts to a paid subscription within that window.
- They are not you. You can't invite yourself or another account you control.
**Each person can be rewarded as an invited friend only once, ever.** This is tracked by Apple ID and by email address, including across deleted and recreated accounts.
If your friend doesn't subscribe within 30 days, the invite expires and they may use a different member's invite. Once a friend has an active invite, they can't switch to another member's invite until it expires.
4. The reward
- **$25 USD each** for you and your friend.
- Delivered by email to the address on each Elite Picks account through our rewards partner, **Tremendous**. You choose how to receive it from the options shown in that email.
- Rewards are cash or gift-card rewards. They are not betting funds and are not connected to any sportsbook.
- Rewards have no cash value until delivered, can't be transferred, and can't be exchanged for subscription credit.
5. Why rewards are sent after 15 days
To prevent fraud. Without a wait, someone could subscribe, collect $25, and immediately request a refund from Apple. Rewards are sent about 15 days after your friend's first payment, so they go to people who actually use Elite Picks.
6. Refunds and cancellations
- If your friend's subscription is **refunded before rewards are sent**, neither reward is paid.
- Canceling auto-renew (without a refund) does **not** affect the reward.
- Refunds after rewards are sent are recorded and may affect eligibility for future rewards.
7. Review, limits, and abuse
To keep the program fair, rewards may be held for review before being sent, including when many rewards are earned in a short time or when a payout can't be delivered. We may withhold, cancel, or reverse rewards, and remove access to the program, for activity we reasonably believe is fraudulent or abusive, including:
- Creating or using fake, duplicate, or multiple accounts.
- Inviting yourself or accounts you control.
- Subscribing only to collect a reward and then refunding.
- Spamming, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading claims about Elite Picks or this program.
8. Your account and email
Rewards are sent to the email address on each account at the time they're sent. Keep your account active and your email current. If either account is deleted before rewards are sent, the reward may be held for review or forfeited. If a reward email bounces, contact us and we'll help resend it.
9. Taxes
You're responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive. Our rewards partner may request tax information if required by law.
10. Privacy
To deliver rewards, we share each recipient's name and email address with Tremendous. To prevent repeat claims, we keep a one-way, non-reversible fingerprint of the invited friend's email address and the related purchase ID, even after an account is deleted. 11. Changes to the program
We may change, pause, or end the program, or update these terms, at any time. Changes don't affect rewards already earned under the terms in effect when your friend subscribed, except in cases of fraud or abuse.
12. Other
- Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this program.
- Void where prohibited by law. Must meet Elite Picks' minimum age and location requirements ([AGE / REGION]).
